Setup and use of your Kylii Quest Challenge
Kylii Quest terminal is switching ON / OFF automatically.
You must not do it with the circuit breaker or you will damage the computer equipment and thus compromis the equipment warranty.
You can customise the ON/OFF times by going to the SETTINGS menu in the administration interface.
Boxes must be charged every month (may vary depending on usage rate)
If your terminal is connected to the Internet, you can enter your email address in the SETTINGS menu of the administration interface. You'll then be notified by email as soon as your boxes are low on battery.
The silicone wristbands supplied with the Kylii Quest reset automatically after a few hours of inactivity.
To avoid any conflict between 2 successive players, we recommend that you isolate the wristbands used in one day, and only reuse them the day after.
The Kylii Quest does not allow you to launch the same game mode multiple times.
So, if you have sold several birthdays with the treasure hunt offer and they take place at the same time, you can organise a "Birthday Battle".
This means that children from different birthdays compete in teams:
4 teams maximum with the Birthday Mode
Up to 18 teams with the Team Battle Mode
There are 7 different game modes for different uses of your Kylii Quest:
SOLO Modes :
Points challenge : solo mode where players compete in a leaderboard. They earn points by finding boxes and completing achievements.
Time trial : solo mode where ranking is by time. You create a circuit in your park, players must complete this circuit as quickly as possible, missing as few boxes as possible along the way. (recommended mode for events)
Mystery Word : solo mode with a final riddle. The boxes found will give clues to players enabling them to guess the mystery word. (recommended mode for events)
Progress Bar : solo mode with a subsidiary question. The more boxes you find, the more points you have.
Puzzle : solo mode where you have to find the boxes one after the other thanks to clues in order to reveal a puzzle.
A "prize contest" option can be activated on each of the modes, allowing you to collect datas (phone number, email) and hold an automatic draw, which can be retrieved via a USB key from the terminal port.
TEAM Modes :
Birthday : team mode (4 teams maximum) with gauges where each box found raises one team's gauge and lowers the others.
Team battle : team mode (18 teams maximum) with a leaderboard. Similar to the points challenge mode but the score is shared by the whole team.
Yes, this is possible since the last update in January 2024 (don't hesitate to contact us if you want to do it).
An internet connection and a pack of 100 birthday wristbands in 4 colours are required. The colours of the birthday wristbands to be used according to the number of teams are as follows:
2 teams: yellow/blue wristbands
3 teams: yellow / blue / red wristbands
4 teams: yellow / blue / red / green wristbands
